In this short term part-time offline weekend course of 25 hrs, we are introducing the basic concepts of Shatkarma-the cleansing techniques as prescribed in Yoga texts for holistic living and wellness. During the course, the students will be taught the basic concepts of Shatkarma. This is a very basic course in Shatkarma.
Objective of this course
- To introduce basic Shatkarma-cleansing practices of Hathayoga.
- To introduce the philosophy and principles behind Shatkarma.
- To teach the proper techniques of basic Shatkarma practices.
- To promote sadhakas to do basic Shatkarma practices independently after completion of the course.
- To develop a safe and effective Shatkarma practices routine.
- To promote Shatkarma practices for disease prevention and health promotion as an approach to holistic health.
Eligibility:
- The candidate should have passed X standard (Matriculation) from a recognized board or its equivalent.
- Exemption in education qualification may be given by the competent authority for suitable candidates. However, participation certificate shall be awarded only to those who have passed X standard and have requisite attendance.

- One Month- short term part-time offline weekend course (25 Hrs.)

- Maximum 30 candidates in a batch.
