believes in helping its customers/students as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:

• Cancellations for course enrollment will only be considered if the request is made immediately after registration. However, if the enrollment process has been completed and seal allocation or access to resources have already been provided to the student, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


• MORARJI DESAI NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF YOGA does not process cancellation requests for course-related materials (such as books, manuals, or resources) provided as part of the yoga certificate or diploma course. The course materials may be issued only for demonstrates only
   
• In case of any issues with your YOGA Certificate or Diploma Course documentation (such as errors in details or missing information), please report the issue to our Student Support team. Your request will be processed once the relevant department has reviewed and verified the details. This should be reported within 15 days of receiving your documents. If you feel that the documentation received does not match what was presented on the site or does not meet your expectations, please inform our Student Support team within 15 days. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

• In case of complaints regarding the YOGA Certificate or Diploma Course offerings, please contact our Student Support team for assistance. For any refunds approved by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), please allow 16-30 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end student/customer.
